Terms of Service
These terms apply to any plumbing services, call-outs, quotations or work carried out by Drain Geyser Plumbing Experts (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2017/042878/07, VAT number 4270131115), trading as “Drain Geyser Plumbing Experts” or “DGPE”, of 40 Kremetart Street, Val-De-Grace, Pretoria.
Quotations and call-outs
Where a call-out or assessment is required before a fixed quotation can be given, this will be communicated to you before a technician is dispatched. Quotations for repair or installation work are valid for a reasonable period from the date issued and may change if the scope of work changes once a technician has assessed the job on site.
Service areas
We service Pretoria, Centurion, Midrand, Mabopane, Soshanguve, Hammanskraal, Rayton, Bronkhorstspruit, Brits and Mogwase, subject to availability. If your location falls outside these areas, please contact us directly to confirm whether we can assist.
Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed with you at the time of quotation or on completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Workmanship
We aim to carry out all work to a professional standard. Any specific guarantee or warranty on parts or labour for a particular job will be confirmed with you in writing for that job. General claims about warranties or guarantees are not made on this website beyond what is confirmed in writing per job.
Emergency service
We offer a 24-hour emergency call-out service, 7 days a week, including public holidays, subject to technician and equipment availability at the time of your call.
Limitation
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under South African consumer protection law.
